We implemented a strategic framework for the One Public Estate Integration Programme between South West London's Local Authorities and Integrated Care Services.
We identified key opportunities within various estate portfolios to deliver future economic and social benefits, job creation and affordable housing.

Programme Advisory

We provided transformation programme advisory services to NHS Supply Chain for the DHSC end-of-agency PPE programme.

Greater Manchester NHS

Change and Transformation

We provided Programme Management expertise to Greater Manchester NHS for the Financial Transition from Clinical Commissioning Groups to Integrated Care Services & Boards as directed by NHS England guidance relating to the Health and Social Care Act.

It was a hugely complex and time-sensitive transformation, especially given the Covid-19 pandemic and the stress on resources and budgets.

TPG as a network of consultants were responsible for delivering the Billing Operations Model & other core services for the Emergency Services Communication Network end client UK Home Office, 300,000 end-users for a £2b programme.
